Paul McCartney has recently surprised his sold out crowd at MetLife Stadium on June 16 as he was joined by Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi on the stage during his tour stop in New Jersey.

McCartney has been including some Beatles classics on his set list, such as “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Love Me Do,” “Blackbird,” and “Get Back.” He’s also added songs he recorded with Wings like “Jet” and “Live and Let Die.” While for his solo work, he performed “Maybe I’m Amazed,” and “New.”

After playing his rendition of Wings’ “Band on the Run” as his 27th song that night, McCartney welcomed Springsteen to the stage saying to the crowd:

“I have a special surprise for you. There’s a friend of mine. He’s a local boy.”

Then the audience chanted the name “Bruce,” and McCartney was laughing adding:

“I think you guessed it. I said, ‘You’ve got to come and sing with us.’ Ladies and gentlemen, Bruce Springsteen!”

Springsteen came out on stage and received a warm greeting from his hometown crowd. Together, the two icons sang a duet on a pair of songs “Glory Days” and “I Wanna Be Your Man.” Later on the show, Springsteen returned for the final song of the night, playing guitar on the Beatles’ “The End.”

While, during McCartney’s encore, Bon Jovi also came on stage with a large bouquet of balloons. Bon Jovi referred to McCartney’s upcoming 80th birthday on June 18 and led the audience through a rendition of “Happy Birthday,” before giving McCartney a hug. He said:

“I’ve got 60,000 people who want to sing happy birthday to you.”

The New Jersey show marks as the final date on McCartney’s Got Back North American tour. He will be seen next performing at U.K.’s Glastonbury Festival on June 24. Watch the fan-filmed video of the recent performance below.
