David Lee Roth Keeps ‘Em Coming With A New Song ‘Scotch And Sofa’

Van Halen’s legendary leader, David Lee Roth, stunned fans by releasing a new song called “Scotch And Sofa.” After leaving the band following the success of their album 1984, Roth started a solo career. He did, however, visit Van Halen on occasion, most notably between 1996 and 2020.

Recently, records from Roth’s 2007 sessions with guitarist John 5 have been made available. These publications have drawn notice because they provide followers an insight into the great artist’s creative process.

“The Roth Project,” which made its debut in 2020, is one noteworthy endeavor that incorporates Roth’s music. With more than 80 million records sold worldwide, Van Halen’s influence on the music business is evident. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
