James Hetfield Could Appear On Heart’s “Beautiful Broken” Album | Society Of Rock Videos

We’re Still Waiting For Confirmation

James Hetfield seems to be enjoying recording A LOT. Just recently, Lars Ulrich revealed that their new record “will be done this summer” but we found out, James is probably also busy with something else — recording for the Heart’s latest album. Set to be released on July 8 via Concord Records, “Beautiful Broken” will be their 16th album and which Nancy’s description only made us look forward to it more:

“The album sounds ironically like my favorite version of Heart before everything got so super digital. Me and the band guys played together simultaneously in the same room and could all see each other.”

It can already be pre-ordered online via Amazon and for those wondering, contributions by Ne-Yo and James have been mentioned. There’s currently no official statement from Heart but Elusive Disc has this byline:

“On ‘Beautiful Broken,’ the Wilson sisters return with all new, heart-wrenching, original material, as well as some hidden gems from their legendary past. The project is so powerful that it has drawn in other superstar friends of the band from across the music world, including Metallica’s James Hetfield and Ne-Yo, each lending their incredible talents to the record. The album is made up of 10 magnificent tracks, featuring new original music as well as updates on some treasures from their catalog.”

Anyone else as excited as I am? 🙂
