Hollywood’s favorite godmother-goddaughter duo Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus teamed up in a Super Bowl commercial promoting T-Mobile’s 5G network.

Parton, 76, and Cyrus, 29, play concerned celebrities that are eager to help guide owners of Verizon and AT&T phones to the reliable 5G service of T-Mobile as part of the “#DoItForThePhones” campaign.

The first teaser for the ad starts with Parton saying,

“America’s got a serious problem, so I’m going to get it off my chest,”

Then reaching into her bra and pulling out a cellphone and exclaiming “5G phones!” which is really funny and continues,

“If you join T-Mobile, these phones will be able to shine their brightest. Like me — I have my own theme park.”

Cyrus then calls her godmother on a FaceTime and asks, “How can I help these phones?” to which Parton replies, “You’ve got a voice, use it!”

The story continues on the second part of the teaser where Cyrus scratches out notes including one that says “Let’s do it for the phones.” Then she asks herself, “What would Dolly do?” and “Eye of the Tiger” started playing on the background as Miley composed a song called “Do It for the Phones.”

Mike Sievert, CEO at T-Mobile, said in a Friday press release:

“I can’t think of a better duo to help us spread awareness of this pressing issue than godmother-goddaughter icons Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus. Because not only are they amazingly talented, they tell it like it is.”
