We’re about a week away from Night Ranger’s brand new album Don’t Let Up and the anticipation is growing higher than ever! We’ve already heard two tracks from this new album, the LP’s title track “Don’t Let Up” and their single “Somehow Someway.” Both of these tracks sounded pretty amazing, but the band just dropped some new material and it sounds even better!
Eight days before the album’s release on March 24th, the band decided to release 2 new songs and they sound incredible! The first is called “Truth” and honestly sounds like it came straight off of an early Foo Fighter’s record. Now, I know most of you might get a little mad at that comparison, but just know that the Foo’s were heavily inspired by bands like Night Ranger, so it’s nice to see them taking inspiration from each other.
Fun Fact: Night Ranger’s most popular track is the power ballad “Sister Christian.”
The second song is called “Comfort” and sounds very similar to the other songs they have released for this LP up to this point. My only worry about this record is that every song might sounds the same, but on the bright side they keep their consistency throughout, and that’s very evident in the song comfort.
You can listen to both songs down below! Check them out and let us know what you think!
