Customers at Juan y Andrea Restaurante in Ibiza got a rare treat when Duran Duran frontman Simon Le Bon surprised them with an impromptu performance of one of the band’s classic hits.

In a post on Facebook by the restaurant, they shared a clip of Le Bon singing an acoustic version of “Hungry Like the Wolf.” The establishment captioned the video with, “Suddenly a man gets up from his table, approaches our guitarist and asks him for a song. He turns out to be Simon Le Bon, singer of Duran Duran, who gives us this wonderful moment. Thanks!”

“Hungry Like the Wolf” was the fifth single from Duran Duran’s second studio album, “Rio”. Initially, it wasn’t a success in the US but after MTV put the music video on heavy rotation, it became their breakthrough hit and the band was propelled to stardom. The song peaked at #3 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and they took home the first Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video.

“It worked for us though. Video made it possible to create a cult of personality across the globe,” Le Bon said. “You arrive on a tour bus and they’d already seen us on a yacht in a video.”
