Where was this guy when I was remodeling my house? A construction worker brought new meaning to the term “heavy metal” when he filmed himself doing some epic windmill headbanging...with power tools. Armed with an arsenal of tools and Meshuggah’s ‘War’ blasting at full volume, this guy demolishes an entire house without skipping a single beat.

We’re not going to lie, our favorite moment was when he dramatically throws a hammer at a mirror and begins rocking out the moment it shatters!

We definitely don’t recommend trying this at home; this guy could have died at least 40 different times! However, this video will definitely make you want to try headbanging during your normal workday!
