This Rare “T.N.T” ’76 Performance Will Have You Missing Bon Scott

AC/DC, Aussie rockband, had taken over Australia and was well on its way to conquering the rest of the world by ’76, especially with hit “T.N.T” and Bon Scott on lead vocals. This badass video of Bon, Youngs and Evans represents the massive impact they had on the world with their music, and still do to this day.

“Cause I’m T.N.T. I’m dynamite, T.N.T. and I’ll win the fight. T.N.T. I’m a power load, T.N.T. watch me explode…”

This song was so perfect for the band at the time as they were blowing through the musical stratosphere and taking it by storm with epic lyrics, vocals and insane guitar solos from the one and only Angus Young.

Interesting Fact: This was one of AC/DC’s first singles with Bon Scott on lead vocals. Originally a roadie, he took over lead vocals when their first singer, Dave Evans, didn’t show up for a gig.

Of course, our favorite part of this song is the oy! oy! chanting and you can really tell that these boys stood behind the meaning of this song and had fun performing it!
