Check It Out

After being forced to spend most of his 2019 recovering, Ozzy Osbourne catches up with several projects this year. Following the announcement of his upcoming album “Ordinary Man” and the release of his No More Tours 2 schedule (not to mention the two music videos he just dropped), he’s back with a trailer for a documentary titled “Biography: The Nine Lives of Ozzy.” It will premiere this March at the South by Southwest festival.

The 86-minute film, which will be produced by A&E as part of their “Biography” series, will follow his journey from childhood to stardom including his struggles with drugs and alcohol. In the trailer, the Prince of Darkness revealed: “I use the talent of making people feel somewhat entertained when I was goofing around — to take it onstage with my music, I suppose, is the same kind of a thing.”

Ozzy, Sharon and Jack Osbourne are among the executive producers with R. Greg Johnston as director. Johnston is the former producer of The Osbournes.

A couple of celebrities and musicians will appear on the documentary including Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Post Malone, Jonathan Davis from Korn, and Ice-T along with Sharon, Kelly and Jack Osbourne. Other information about the film are yet to announced.
