Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx has sold his sprawling Los Angeles estate for $5.18 million. The five-bedroom, six-bath house located at 4445 Deerhaven Court in Westlake Village, CA boasts of several features including a library, vast dining room, game room, formal living room, and a family kitchen with dinette.
“This estate holds a lot of favorite features, indeed, among the most notable (is) its grandeur presence in a largely single-level property,” listing agent Emil Hartoonian told the Sacramento Bee. “The scale is impeccable and very inviting while carrying a sincere sense of flow and function.”
The master suite is fit for rock ‘n roll royalty. It has a private living room with fireplace, spa, along with a grand walk-in closet and it has direct access to the grounds.
“I feel like being back in Los Angeles, everything is about business: When is the deadline? When do the rehearsals start? When does the tour start?” Sixx told Eddie Trunk in an interview. “And I’m, like, that’s great — I understand — but I kind of need to step back and just let some creative juices flow. I don’t know. Maybe I don’t have any more songs in me. Maybe I do. [There’s] only one way to find out, and that’s to be in a place that’s not so chaotic.”
