After going through months of auditions, experiencing solo successes, bidding farewells, performing duets, and taking memorable trips to California and Hawaii, everything reached its peak on Sunday night when America selected Iam Tongi as the newest Idol.
For those who have been following American Idol Season 21 closely, the winner had already made themselves known long before the grand finale.
Star-Studded Finale
On the ABC special, the three finalists, Tongi, Megan Danielle, and Colin Stough had their last opportunity to impress the audience by performing solo and singing duets with famous celebrities.
