Foreigner Teases Upcoming Album With First Single Due April 17

The band is set to issue a refreshed version of “Feels Like The First Time” on April 17, introducing the first track from In the Eye of the Storm. The album will accompany a concert film captured during their 50th anniversary performance in New York, connecting audio and visual elements into a single release.
The same date also marks the debut of Feels Like The First Time – The Foreigner Musical, which will open at Long Island University’s Post campus. Scheduled for an 11-show run, the production adds a theatrical dimension to the band’s anniversary plans, expanding the celebration beyond recordings and concerts.
A Year Filled with Projects
Rather than focusing on one release, the group has built a lineup of activities tied to its milestone. The full album is expected on July 17 through Sun Records and Virgin Records, extending the anniversary into the summer. A music video for the new single will premiere alongside the track, incorporating footage from the concert film to offer an early look at the performance.
