Documentary To Debut Later This Year

What more can be said about Eric Clapton? He is one of the most iconic and legendary guitarist of all time and has reshaped the way we view all things guitar/music oriented. If we were to try and list all of the man’s accomplishments and best works, we’d be here for ages. He’s just done so much. He is one of the best, pure and simple.

As I said, to list all of his accomplishments could take a lifetime, but apparently, that’s what’s gonna happen, essentially.

A Life In 12 Bars is a documentary directed by Fini Zanuck and will feature interviews from Eric Clapton, his friends and family, and other iconic musicians.

“Clapton’s music is the foundation of our film. His commitment to the blues, its traditions and originators, is absolute from his earliest days.” – Director Lili Fini Zanuck

While it’s safe to assume that Eric Clapton helping create this documentary, it still begs the question, “how will he feel about this?” Eric Clapton is known for being a very humble and reserved man. So will he be okay with people seeing another side of him, one that we potentially never seen before? Only time will tell.

The documentary is set to hit theaters early 2018. So we will just have to wait and see!
