2020 Is Now My Favorite Year

After nearly 25 years, The Doobie Brothers will reunite again with Michael McDonald to do a tour together. The tour will run from June 9 in Palm Beach, Florida to October 10 in Houston, Texas. It will be for the band’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.

The Doobie Brothers announced the tour in their last show in Nashville. With Michael McDonald surprising everyone during the encore performance of “Takin’ It to the Streets,”. Patrick Simmons introduced him. “You might remember him from, well, he has his own band these days,” he said. “But you might remember him from his band, the Doobie Brothers — Mr. Michael McDonald.” Everyone went nuts we assume.

The tickets for their 50th Anniversary tour with Michael Mcdonald will go on sale  starting Friday, December 6th.
