Deep Purple Resurrect True Classic Rock With Their Brand New Single “All I Got Is You”!

They’re back in a big way!

Fans rejoiced when they heard Deep Purple were making a new album! The album Infinite will drop on April 7th of this year, and will be accompanied with a tour. Now, fans have been given the first glimpse of the new album, and let’s just say it’s pretty damn amazing!

Deep Purple released their first single called “All I Got Is You,” and the release of the song was accompanied with a music video. The video shows footage of the band recording the new hit, and let’s just say the song itself is amazing! The band sounds like they resurrected classic rock with this driving tune! They bring back the classic organ, solos and authentic tape recordings. The song was recorded in Nashville, and even though it sounds like Deep Purple recorded this onto tape, you can see in the video they are in fact using modern technology.

DEEP PURPLE bassist Roger Glover recently shared to Billboard, “No one wants to stop. But we know that I’m 71 now, [singer Ian] Gillan is 71, we’re all about late 60s, early 70s, and bodies have a way of not keeping up with your brain or your career. We’re all sort of approaching that point where I can’t imagine another eight years to do an album.”
