Carlos Santana is listing his home in Hawaii for $4.7 million after living in it for just a little over a year. Ever since he became a household name, the guitar legend has accumulated several properties and he has multiple homes in Hawaii alone. In July this year, he dropped a cool $20.5 million for a house in Kauai.

This particular property he’s putting on the market is a 4,386 square-foot home on top of a hill in Princeville, Hawaii on the island of Kauai that boasts of glass walls, giving the homeowner stunning views of the ocean. He bought it last October for $3.8 million, so selling it will make him richer by almost a million dollars.

It was built in 2004, and both the chef’s kitchen and the dining area have the same ocean views. It features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, skylights and teak details, and it has an open concept living and dining room. There’s a wet bar, an outdoor barbecue, an infinity pool and spa.
