Carlos Santa Selling His Hawaii Home For $4.7m
With Spectacular Ocean Views
Carlos Santana is listing his home in Hawaii for $4.7 million after living in it for just a little over a year. Ever since he became a household name, the guitar legend has accumulated several properties and he has multiple homes in Hawaii alone. In July this year, he dropped a cool $20.5 million for a house in Kauai.
This particular property he’s putting on the market is a 4,386 square-foot home on top of a hill in Princeville, Hawaii on the island of Kauai that boasts of glass walls, giving the homeowner stunning views of the ocean. He bought it last October for $3.8 million, so selling it will make him richer by almost a million dollars.
It was built in 2004, and both the chef’s kitchen and the dining area have the same ocean views. It features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, skylights and teak details, and it has an open concept living and dining room. There’s a wet bar, an outdoor barbecue, an infinity pool and spa.
It’s really no wonder why he fell in love with this place. It’s the ultimate getaway. The views, the ambience, and everything else – it’s all fit for rock royalty.
