Just stop whatever you’re doing and think about this for a minute: what if Jimmy Page pursued his ambition of getting into biological research? Dr. James Patrick Page, how about it? But then again, he has already given such a huge contribution to humanity with his music because you know what, who else would write most of the band’s unforgettable music? I just can’t imagine a world without Led Zeppelin! No way! They weren’t just one of the most successful rock groups EVER but they were very influential.
Rolling Stone magazine described them as “the heaviest band of all time”, “the biggest band of the Seventies”, and “unquestionably one of the most enduring bands in rock history.”
They became so huge that the boys began began using their private jet for their tours. Their Boeing 720 was called “The Starship” which was also used by Deep Purple, Alice Cooper, The Allman Brothers and The Rolling Stones. Now that’s travelling in style!
