Axl Rose Broke His Social Media Silence

It’s no secret that several classic rockers, including Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, aren’t big fans of President Donald Trump. And while he hasn’t been active on social media in three months, Axl Rose returned to Twitter with a political message – a photo of a New Hampshire voter wearing a blue hat with a slogan that reads, “MAKE THE WHITE HOUSE GREAT AGAIN.”

He didn’t put any caption but he didn’t need to because the message is loud and clear. Besides, this isn’t the first time he took to Twitter to bash the Trump administration.

Back in 2016 at a show in Mexico City, he urged his fans to beat a large Trump piñata.

In 2018, he tweeted: “As far as I’m concerned anyone can enjoy GNR 4 whatever reason n’ there’s truth 2 the saying ‘u can’t choose your fans’ n’ we’re good w/that. Having said that my personal position is that the Trump administration along w/the majority of Republicans in Congress n’ their donors that support him 4 their own agendas r doing r nation a disservice.”

He also blasted Trump during the California wildfires: “Um…actually…it’s a lack of federal funding that’s at the ‘root’ of the purported forest mismanagement. Only a demented n’ truly pathetic individual would twist that around n’ use a tragedy to once again misrepresent facts for attempted public/political gain at other’s expense.”

Meanwhile, Guns N’ Roses are set to kick off their North American tour this July 4 at Milwaukee’s Summerfest.
