These Kids Are Keeping Rock N’ Roll Alive!

It’s always relieving to see young musicians carry on the legacy of legends! For this young rock band, they honored the legacy of the great Neil Young with their incredible rendition of his classic “Rockin’ In The Free World.” The drummer, both guitarists and bassists are all on point, and do an amazing job in the cover! The only thing we know about the band, is that the lead singer’s name is Gavin McLeod, who’s voice sounds amazing on this song. However, Gavin is not the band member you should be keeping your eye on.

Keep your eye on the lead guitarist at around 2:50, because you will witness an amazing solo from this kid! The solo he pulls off is perfect, and face-melting. One thing we love about it, is that he made it his own, but also stayed true to the original.

One of the best parts about this video is that the band is playing at their school function. Hopefully they were able to teach the other kids a lesson about real music, and rock n’ roll!
