A young fan of the rock band Guns N’ Roses had an unforgettable birthday celebration recently at the band’s concert in Hollywood, Florida. The band performed at the Hard Rock Live venue on September 15, which is known for its more intimate setting, accommodating up to 7,000 people. This was a unique experience for the young fan because Guns N’ Roses had been primarily playing in large stadiums during their 2023 tour.

Fan’s Birthday Unforgettable with Stage Access

To mark his 9th birthday, the young fan and one of his parents traveled all the way from Boston to Florida for the concert. They were fortunate enough to secure VIP tickets for the show. The day after the performance, they shared a Reddit post featuring a photo of the boy watching the concert from the side of the stage. In their post, they expressed their gratitude, saying:

“We flew to Hollywood to see last night’s show at the Hard Rock for my son’s 9th birthday… and he watched from the stage! Much love to GN’R Crew and Team Brazil.”

While they didn’t go into detail about how they gained access to the stage, it’s likely that someone from the band’s crew learned about the significant distance they had traveled to celebrate the boy’s birthday and decided to upgrade their experience. Team Brazil, the management team of Guns N’ Roses, may have played a role in making this special moment happen.

Reddit users responded warmly to the post, with one person commenting:

“Happy birthday, that’s the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Super generous from TB, gestures like this make the world a better place.”

Guns N’ Roses Plays 29 Songs at Concert

During the concert that night, Guns N’ Roses treated the audience to a total of 29 songs, including their latest single “Perhaps.” Fans can also look forward to another new song titled “The General,” which is listed as a B-side on the 7-inch single for “Perhaps,” scheduled for release in late October. It’s unclear whether “The General” will be available digitally, but it’s an exciting addition to the band’s repertoire.

Newly Announced 2023 Tour Dates

For those eager to catch Guns N’ Roses in action, their next show is scheduled for September 23 in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, the band recently announced four more tour dates for 2023:
October 19 – Edmonton, Alberta @ Rogers Place
October 22 – Nampa, Idaho @ Ford Arena
October 24 – Salt Lake City, Utah @ Delta Center
October 27 – Denver, Colorado @ Ball Arena
