Metallica performs their classic “Master of Puppets” on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The legendary band previously announced their four-night residency on the late-night show to celebrate the release of their new album 72 Seasons. Ahead of their album release, Metallica gave their fans a treat by performing “Master of Puppets” with a global premiere listening party in cinemas in 81 countries last Thursday.

Upon announcing “Metallica Week,” the band tweeted:
“We’re celebrating #72Seasons release week by taking over late night! Catch us on @JimmyKimmelLive on ABC Monday, April 10 – Thursday, April 13 for four live performances, one night of chatting on the couch, and whatever other fun Jimmy has in store for us.”
72 Seasons came out on April 14. Along with the album’s release, Metallica will proceed with their M72 World Tour, which will launch on April 27 in Amsterdam.
