Fans at Carrie Underwood‘s Los Angeles concert last March 13 received a special treat from Axl Rose who joined the country singer onstage.

Although Guns N’ Roses previously announced that they won’t be on the road until later this year, Rose gave fans a surprise appearance by joining Underwood onstage for a performance of the classic “Welcome to the Jungle.”

Underwood first brought Rose onstage last year during her headlining set at California’s Stagecoach festival. At the event, the two sang “Sweet Child O’ Mine” and “Paradise City” together. This time was different since it was the first time the two have collaborated on “Welcome to the Jungle.”

On the other hand, the same performances applied to the band who, a few months later, did London shows. GN’R invited the country singer to perform with them.

Underwood, a self-proclaimed GN’R fan, included “Jungle” in her standard set list for the duration of her most recent Denim & Rhinestones tour and played it during the encore of each show. She was seen screaming to the crowd as the Guns N’ Roses frontman appeared on stage saying:

“Los Angeles, I want to hear you make some noise for Axl Rose.”

Meanwhile, Guns N’ Roses will be doing a few Middle Eastern performances starting in June, which will subsequently take them to Europe through late July. While they will start their North American tour at the beginning of August.
