Tool Fan Didn’t Know He Asked Eddie Van Halen To Take His Picture

Maybe He Should’ve Asked For A Selfie
On Monday night, Eddie Van Halen watched Tool’s show in Los Angeles along with his son, Wolfgang Van Halen. After the concert, a guy came up to the guitar deity and asked him to take a photo of him with the stage as his background. And honestly, we don’t know whether to laugh or feel bad for him.
Wolfgang snapped a pic of his dad snapping the pic of a Tool fan and decided to share it on Twitter. He captioned it with, “A guy asked my dad if he could take a picture of him with the stage behind him, having no idea who he just asked, and that was my favorite moment from the @Tool show last night.”
Sadly, the said guy didn’t realize it’s the only proof he has that once upon a time, he stumbled upon a rock deity and didn’t get their picture together. He’s probably regretting it as of this writing.
Days prior to the Tool concert, EVH was spotted in Beverly Hills at a luxury car dealership. He even posed for a photo with the receptionist, who in turn posted it on her Instagram. It was eventually deleted though.
