The Rolling Stones Officially Release Live Performance Video Of “Wild Horses” 2012

The Rolling Stones shares the audio of their 2012 performance of the classic hit, “Wild Horses.”

“Wild Horses,” together with the previously released “Happy” and “It’s Only Rock N Roll” was all part of the band’s preview of their upcoming GRRR Live!. Due on February 10, the band will be seen delivering a December 15, 2012 performance at Newark, NJ’s Prudential Center.

Other guests during that event included their former member Mick Taylor, The Black Keys, Gary Clark Jr, John Mayer, Lady Gaga, and hometown hero Bruce Springsteen. Since its 2012 airing on a pay-per-view, it has never been available to fans. The crew worked hard to give the 2023 package a re-edited video and newly-remixed audio.

The “GRRR Live!” will be available in multiple formats, including 3LP black, 3LP colored white (Indies exclusive) 3LP red (d2c exclusive), 2CD, DVD + 2CD, BluRay+ 2CD; the Blu-ray and digital versions will include Dolby Atmos.
