Today marks that fateful day as Stevie hopped on board that helicopter, headed hastily to Chicago for another performance. It was a disaster. A total mishap by the pilot, slamming straight into the side of a ski hill. In just one moment, we lost a legend. In just one split second, the blues industry would never be the same.
