This year’s honorees are Willie Nelson, Missy Elliott, Sheryl Crow, Kate Bush, George Michael, Rage Against the Machine, and The Spinners. Their induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is a testament to their significant impact on the music industry and their enduring influence on generations of fans.

Reflecting on the diverse lineup of inductees, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation chairman John Sykes expressed his enthusiasm, stating,

“This year’s incredible group of Inductees reflects the diverse artists and sounds that define rock & roll.”

In addition to the induction ceremony, the event will honor DJ Kool Herc and Link Wray with the Musical Influence Award, recognizing their pivotal roles in shaping the music landscape.

The Musical Excellence Award will be bestowed upon Chaka Khan, Al Kooper, and Bernie Taupin, celebrating their outstanding contributions to the industry. The Ahmet Ertegun Award will be posthumously awarded to the late Soul Train creator Don Cornelius, acknowledging his significant influence on the world of music and entertainment.
