Stevie Nicks Has Huge Plans Ahead – Fans Are Excited
Good News Everyone!
We can never get enough of Stevie Nicks – that’s the plain, honest truth. And when we heard that our favorite rock ‘n roll queen is releasing the deluxe editions of ‘Bella Donna’ and ‘The Wild Heart’ (which both achieved platinum status by the way) after her joint tour with The Pretenders, we can hardly contain our excitement. Her 24 Karat Gold Tour will kick off on October 25 in Phoenix Arizona and just a few days later, on November 4, the expanded reissues of the aforementioned albums will arrive.
It will feature newly remastered audio, live takes, demos and additional songs. The Bella Donna will also include an unreleased version of ‘Edge of Seventeen’, rare soundtrack like ‘Blue Lamp’ and a 1981 concert. On the other hand, the Wild Heart is a two-disc deluxe set which also has unreleased versions of “All the Beautiful Worlds” and “Garbo.”
In a news release, Stevie said: “I’ve had so much fun reliving the making of Bella Donna and The Wild Heart while working on the liner notes and listening to all of the alternate versions and demo takes. The liner notes are so much more than liner notes. They are like a little novel. I tried to make whoever reads this feel like they were there. I think I succeeded.”
