Paul McCartney Rocks Desert Trip Festival With Neil Young

Last Saturday night, Paul McCartney co-headlined Day 2 of Desert Trip Festival with Neil Young and the audience went wild. They performed “Why Don’t We Do It in the Road?” and “A Day in the Life” and everyone can see they’re having a blast on stage. While you can’t really expect them to have the same voice as they did at the peak of their career, this was still an amazing performance. And we love the tribute to John Lennon – definitely hits you right in the feels. It’s not an easy song to sing, by the way.
We’re still wishing we were there, witnessing a historical weekend. But hey, at least we get to see them have a good time, right? And by the way, it’s the first time that the Beatles classic “Why Don’t We Do It in the Road?” was played live even though it was released more than 45 years ago. They’re still rockin’ it!
