Steve Hackett Wants To Revive Genesis With A Tour

All the fans of the iconic progressive rock band Genesis are in for a treat as the legendary guitarist, Steve Hackett, recently announced show dates for his upcoming Genesis Revisited: Foxtrot At Fifty + Hackett Highlights Tour.

Hackett is expected to play the Genesis classics live on the much-awaited tour set to launch in North America later this year. But before that stop, the rocker will perform first for his European audiences throughout the continent this spring as part of the trek where he is set to revisit his groundbreaking work with the prog-rock band and give their fans something to rejoice about.

The Genesis Revisited: Foxtrot At Fifty + Hackett Highlights Tour will feature the entire 1972 Genesis album Foxtrot. Fans can look forward to the live renditions of the band’s timeless tracks such as “Watcher Of The Skies” and the iconic 20-minute-long masterpiece “Supper’s Ready.”

Along with the recent announcement, the musician expressed his excitement for the upcoming shows and his eagerness to meet his fans in the USA and Canada this fall. Hackett shared his enthusiasm with a heartfelt statement saying:
