In celebration of former Rolling Stones’ bassist and co-founder Bill Wyman’s 80th birthday, a concert will be held on October 28 in conjunction with London’s BlueFest. Several iconic and legendary musicians will grace the event including Dire Straits’ Mark Knopfler, Bob Geldof, and just recently, it was announced that Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant will also make a guest appearance. Of course the lineup will include Wyman himself and his band, the Rhythm Kings.
According to a new press release from BluesFest director Leo Green:
