Aimee Osbourne, also known as ARO, the eldest daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has released a new song, “Against Mine,” accompanied by a music video.

Different from her father’s genre, “Against Mine,” is a chill, lo-fi electro-pop song. It marks as the first song to be released under her alias ARO, following her debut album 2020’s Vacare Adamaré. However, Aimee’s musical career dates back to 2015, when she released her debut single “Raining Gold.”

Earlier this week, Aimee said on Facebook about her new song:

“This video was very special to make. It was an absolute pleasure and honor to collaborate with some extraordinary, gifted and truly wonderful artists. It takes many peoples hard work, belief and passion in order to be able to create and give life to these visions and ideas with you all. This song will always have a special place in my [heart] too.”

Some people still don’t know about Aimee, and that’s because she wasn’t a part of her family’s popular reality show. She moved out of the family home when she was just 16. On an episode of The Talk in 2018, her mother Sharon said:

“I know that my eldest girl, Aimee, left home at 16 and she couldn’t live in our house because we were filming and it drove her insane. She felt, too, that she didn’t want to grow up on-camera. She hated the idea, it was appalling to her.”

Nevertheless, Aimee’s parents must be so proud of her musical accomplishments. Watch her newly released music video below.
