Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic Black Sabbath legend, is planning two final concerts in his hometown of Birmingham to bid farewell to his fans. Despite facing health setbacks, Ozzy expressed his determination to return to the stage in 2024. Speaking on The Osbournes Podcast, he stated, “I’m gonna try my hardest to get well enough to do a few gigs.”
Ozzy’s wife and manager, Sharon Osbourne, shared the plan for the farewell shows during her appearance at London’s Fortune Theatre.
According to The Mirror, Sharon revealed,
“He won’t tour again, but we are planning on doing two more shows to say goodbye as he feels like ‘I have never said goodbye to my fans and I want to say goodbye properly.'”
Hinting at the venue, she added,
“We will do it in Aston Villa where Ozzy is from.”

Sharon praised Ozzy’s vocal prowess
“His voice is still absolutely perfect. And all the time he has been off, he still does his singing lessons, so his voice is perfect.”
She emphasized Ozzy’s magnetic personality, saying,
“Even if you don’t like his music, you can’t not like Ozzy; he just draws you in.”
In a Metal Hammer interview last September
Ozzy disclosed his plans for a new album alongside his live return, stating,
“I’ve done two albums fairly recently, but I want to do one more album and then go back on the road.”
Despite facing health challenges, Ozzy remains determined to make a triumphant return to music.
Ozzy Osbourne, at 75, has confronted various health issues, including a serious fall in 2019, a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, a staph infection in his hand, and emphysema. Despite these challenges, he continues to focus on his passion for music, aiming to deliver a fitting farewell to his devoted fans.
