Mick Jagger and his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick have put their 5,700 square-foot Florida house on sale for $3.4 million. The estate is located in the gated community of The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and is surrounded by water on two sides and a park on another. It has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a heated open-air saltwater pool, three balconies, and an oversized entertainment room complete with a wet bar.

The house was designed for luxury and privacy and featured high-end finishes throughout. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, the master bedroom has a private balcony, and the media room has a state-of-the-art sound system. It also has a two-car garage and a private dock.

Jagger and Hamrick purchased the property in 2020 for $1.9 million. They have reportedly been together since 2014, and Hamrick gave birth to Jagger’s eighth child, a son named Deveraux, in 2016.

Recording Sessions for a New Album

In addition to selling their Florida house, Jagger and his Rolling Stones bandmates have been working on a new studio album, which will be their first since the death of drummer Charlie Watts in 2021. According to reports, Paul McCartney and Bill Wyman, the former bassist of the Rolling Stones, are said to be participating as guest stars in the recording sessions.

The band has been recording music off and on since 2016, and some of Watts’ drumming will be featured on the album. An unnamed source close to the band reportedly told The Sun:

“It was really nice for Mick, Keith [Richards] and Ronnie Wood to be back in the studio remembering Charlie, and playing and singing to drum tracks that are being repurposed and woven into the album.”

The sale of Jagger’s Florida house and the band’s new album are both significant developments for the Rolling Stones. The house is a symbol of Jagger’s wealth and status, and the album is a chance for the band to continue their legacy without Watts.
