Metallica Releases Music Video For “You Must Burn” | Society Of Rock Videos

Metallica recently released an official music video for “You Must Burn!” taken from their latest album 72 Seasons.

Directed by Tim Saccenti and Yoshi Sodeoka, the video was filmed in Los Angeles, CA on February 13 while they released 72 Seasons on April 14. Produced by Greg Fidelman, James Hetfield, and Lars Ulrich, the record marks the band’s first new studio album since 2016’s Hardwired…To Self-Destruct.

In support of the album, Metallica launched a two-year world tour On April 27 in Amsterdam, NL. The M72 series sees the band playing two nights in every stop with each “No Repeat Weekend” featuring two completely different setlists and support lineups.

The trek features a new in-the-round stage design that relocates the famed Metallica Snake Pit to center stage, as well as the “I Disappear” full-tour pass and the debut of discounted tickets for fans under 16 years of age.

Meanwhile, Metallica released in succession an ASL music video for all their twelve songs on 72 Seasons. They are officially the first rock band to release an entire album in ASL and also the first artist to release official videos side by side with an ASL interpreter.
