Surprise!
Just imagine that you’re in attendance at the Today Show, when suddenly from out of nowhere, a Bat-mobile pulls up and inside is multi-platinum recording artist Meat Loaf! That’s exactly what happened on episode of the Today Show from October 27th 2006.
Meat Loaf surprised everyone and showed up while his band was already playing “Paradise By The Dashboard Light” and seamlessly grabbed the microphone and steal the show. Already on stage awaiting Meat Loaf are Marion Raven and The Neverland Express who then accompany him to amaze this live crowd.
Fun fact: Just seven days earlier from this performance on October 20th, Meat Loaf’s tenth album Bat Out Of Hell III was released.
It’s clear from the audience’s excitement that the surprise of Meat Loaf’s appearance was worth the price of admission alone, but as you’ll see in this video, the best part of the whole day is Meat Loaf and his band performing and amazing set of not only “Paradise By The Dashboard Light”, but two other songs – see for yourself!
Meat Loaf’s latest album ‘Braver Than We Are’ is available now on Itunes, Amazon, and Google Play for Android users. Get it now!
