He’s On A Roll On Social Media
Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher recently reached out to his brother Noel and proposed a one-off charity gig once the coronavirus outbreak ends. He even called on The Smiths and The Cheeky Girls to join them. He also made fun of his and Noel’s feud by saying that they’ve been self-isolating for ten years. And now, doing his part in the middle of this pandemic, he revised the lyrics to three Oasis songs in order to stress the importance of handwashing.
He renamed them too – Champagne Supernova to Champage SOAPERNOVA, Wonderwall to WONDERWASH, and Supersonic to SOAPERSONIC. You can check out the videos below.
The World Health Organization has advised everyone to observe safety measures to help decrease the virus spread and that includes regular handwashing with soap and water or alcohol-based hand scrub, and maintaining at least three feet distance in public. As of this writing, US has reported over a hundred deaths from coronavirus in a single day. Italy has also surpassed China in terms of death toll.
With the coronavirus crisis, it has affected thousands in the music industry as several major festivals and concerts have been canceled or postponed.
