A Legend In His Prime!

I think it’s safe to say that Chuck Berry will never be forgotten. The man was, is, and always will be regarded as one of the greatest musicians of all time and is often credited as a pioneer of rock music itself.

To list all of the man’s accomplishments and accolades would take at least 50,000 more paragraphs, so I won’t. Instead let’s talk about the time he played on the BBC television show Sounds Of Saturday.

In 1972, Chuck Berry took to the stage on this very show and absolutely took us viewers to church. Chuck Berry was on top of his game at this point. He stole the show with his flawless playing and captivating charisma.

Here, you’ll see him perform both Johnny B. Goode AND Bye Bye Johnny. There was simply nothing that the legendary Chuck Berry got wrong. See what I’m talking about in the video below!
