Heart Announces Reunion Concert for New Year’s Eve in Seattle

Exciting news for fans: the iconic band Heart, fronted by the legendary Wilson sisters, Ann and Nancy, is set to reunite for a spectacular concert in their hometown of Seattle. After a hiatus of four years, the renowned duo will grace the stage at Climate Pledge Arena on Sunday, December 31, marking a memorable return for fans.
Heart, celebrated for chart-toppers like “Alone,” “Barracuda,” “Crazy on You,” and “Magic Man,” embarked on a North American tour in 2019 following a period of estrangement between the sisters.
The Love Alive Tour, their first after the rift caused by a backstage incident in 2016, witnessed the sisters’ triumphant comeback. Addressing the separation, Ann Wilson shared,
“Fifty years on, I still want it to break barriers and rules, and she’s more satisfied to ride the L.A. imaging thing and just do legacy stuff. So that’s a real split between us. Things like this will happen, though, but then they’ll get better, and we’ll love each other more.”
Although Ann and Nancy focused on their solo careers, they recently set aside their differences, culminating in Nancy’s powerful on-stage performance of “Barracuda” during one of Ann’s solo shows in California. While a proposed Heart tour faced challenges last year due to disagreements about the backing band, the sisters resolved their differences, ensuring their reunion for the Seattle concert.
