Yup, This Guy’s Legit!
A Peruvian guitarist and composer, it’s pretty obvious Slash and Johnny Ramone were just some Charlie Parra del Riego’s musical influences. We don’t know about you but this Punk vs Metal is insanely incredible. Although, he wore a Ramones shirt so we think “punk” already won even before he started squeezing the strings but really, if he mixed those two genres, we’ve no doubt it will be EPIC.
With that performance, however, we can’t decide which one we liked best. He plays so well, talent is basically oozing out of this guy. You can debate whether punk is better than metal or vice versa but man, you can’t discount the fact that this guy looked effortless and so chill while rockin’ it out. But if there’s one thing we learned in this video, it’s that crossovers like this should happen more. Punk or metal? Why not both?!
