His Longtime “Resort Home” Is On The Market
Bret Michaels has just listed his home in Scottsdale, Arizona for $3.299 million. He’s owned it since 2006.
This Southwestern-style mansion has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms that, along with the guest house, spans a sprawling 7,400 square feet.
It features a built-in wine bar in the living room, an oversized center island in the kitchen, game room, library, gym with sauna and of course, a recording studio. Since the property sits on five acres of land, there are other outdoor amenities like a basketball court, sand volleyball court, and a private dirtbike trail.
Plus, there’s a custom backyard playground, an oasis-style swimming pool with waterfalls and hot tub, and spectacular views.
The house has been featured in shows like MTV “Cribs”, The Big Interview with Dan Rather, Rock n Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar, and some of Michaels’ music videos too. The legendary rocker told Mansion Global, “One of my most memorable events is when Sammy Hagar and my guitarist, Pete Evick, and I were filming a never-been-done-before live performance for TV on my Baja go-kart.”
He added, “We could not stop laughing, but somehow we managed to play the song and nailed it in one take.”
