Now this is what we like to see – parents starting their kids off on amazing early when they’re still little! 7-year-old Avery Molek is a force to be reckoned with when he sits behind his drum kit, and he only seems to be getting better with time. This performance featuring him covering Pantera’s ‘Cowboys From Hell’ is a testament to that fact, with Avery effortlessly pounding out Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul’s drum fills; in fact, we’re pretty sure this would get a smile or two out of Vinnie!

Avery takes lessons, but learned to play by ear. So what you’re hearing is his interpretation of what’s playing, in addition to what he’s learned in class; funny how they almost always match up perfectly!
