The 3rd track from Aerosmith’s 2012 Music From Another Dimension!, ‘Beautiful’ is just that – beautiful! It may have taken Steven Tyler nearly 6 months to complete but by the time the 6 months were up, Aerosmith had an awesome guitar driven power ballad for the 21st century.

Fun Fact: ‘Beautiful’ features Steven’s daughter Mia’s vocals on the big vocal melody!

I love the fact that Aerosmith, the kings of the power ballad, managed to revamp the power ballad for the 21st century and a new kind of fan; they’re no longer just your mom’s favorite band! With ‘Beautiful’, suddenly they’re a band that you can relate to because they know how to stay current without losing their original sound or compromising the things that made us love them in the first place!
