Kurt Cobain’s 1959 Martin D-18E – $6.01 million
This acoustic guitar became a symbol of Nirvana’s emotional side. Kurt Cobain played it during the unforgettable MTV Unplugged concert in 1993. When it went up for auction in 2020, it shattered records, selling for a massive $6.01 million.
