12- Year-Old, Tallan Latz, Stuns At SRV Remembrance Ride

Back in 2011, a talented Tallan Latz dedicated his amazing performance of Muddy Water’s “Hooch Coochie Man” to SRV, but with his own spin of Hooch Coochie Boy on it.

“This next song is a Muddy Waters song, a song called ‘Hoochie Coochie Man’, but I’m guna do my version of Hoochie Coochie….Boy.”

In 2007, Tallan was featured on the local news as the “youngest performing blues guitarist in the world.”

At just 8-years-old, Tallan was making a name for himself with gigs and endorsement deals playing SRV and blues hits around the Elkhorn, Milwaukee area.

Interesting Fact: Stevie Ray Vaughan taught himself how to play the blues by the time he reached his high school.

Playing with the Harless Brothers Blues Band, Tallan really knocks out this Muddy Waters classic at the SRV Ride & Concert in Arlington, TX with his own spin, style and flavor.
