Whitesnake are streaming a new 2022 remix of their 1982 track, “Crying in the Rain” taken from their newly-released and remastered Greatest Hits collection.
“Crying in the Rain” first appeared on their 1982 album Saints & Sinners. The 2022 remastered version of their 1994 Greatest Hits collection is now available on digital and streaming services worldwide. The collection also features updated versions of classic tracks like “Still Of The Night,” “Here I Go Again,” and “Is This Love.”
Meanwhile, Whitesnake recently has pulled out their North American tour due to continuing health issues. David Coverdale stated on their official website:
“It is with profound disappointment and a heavy heart that I must announce that Whitesnake will no longer be able to join The Scorpions on their US and Canadian tour due to my continued treatment for a persistent upper respiratory infection that affects my ability to perform. This includes the cancellation of our own headlining shows as well.
“While Whitesnake will no longer be on the tour, the Scorpions will be continuing on. We Wish Our Good Friends, The Scorpions Every Success!!!”
The band’s last performance was on June 23 at France’s Hellfest. Scorpions will continue the North American tour. You can stream the remastered version of “Crying in the Rain” below.
