Tommy Lee’s Wife Shares New Evidence In Ongoing Drama
Brittany Furlan Lee has reportedly submitted additional evidence to the court in her ongoing catfishing dispute with Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke. The new material, which includes messages and statements from Furlan Lee, surfaced through a Reddit post shared by a fan who claimed the documents were recently filed as part of her declaration in the case.
The fan who posted about the documents suggested the evidence could have significant implications for the case and revealed that portions of the material had not previously been made public.
“More ‘evidence’ Brittany decided to add to the case. It doesn’t look good. These messages are part of Brittany Furlan’s declaration that was submitted a week ago. They have additional parts that we haven’t seen before. The court date has been moved to March 17, 2026,” the fan wrote in the post’s caption.
Court records now show that the next hearing in the case has been rescheduled to March 17, 2026.
Claims of Anonymous Messages and “Spoofed” Numbers
In the newly filed declaration, Furlan Lee alleged that the anonymous communications she received began only after Radke allegedly started harassing her. According to her statement, she had not experienced similar messages before that point.
“First, before Radke started harassing me, I had never received these type of anonymous ‘spam’ communications from what appear to be burner numbers,” Furlan Lee stated in the document.
She also claimed that individuals close to Radke previously told her he had used technology to disguise his phone number when sending messages.
“As stated above, I had been informed by persons close to Radke that he would use technology to ‘spoof’ his number so that he could send messages that appeared to be different than his verified number,” she said.
Spoofing refers to a technique that allows someone to falsify the origin of a phone call or message so it appears to come from a different number. The method is often associated with scams, harassment campaigns, and other forms of online deception.
A Message About Gambling Losses
Furlan Lee also described an instance in which she attempted to test her suspicion that Radke might be behind a number labeled “R Harassment.” According to her declaration, she asked the sender about his gambling activity that day.
“Because I suspected Radke was behind the ‘R Harassment’ number, I asked how much he had won or lost in online gambling that day and, within a minute, he responded, ‘Lost 3K,’” she stated.
Furlan Lee claimed she then checked an online platform that tracks gambling activity and said it showed Radke had lost roughly $3,000 that same day.
“I then checked the online platform where you can view a player’s activities, and it reflects that Radke had lost approximately 3K gambling that same day,” she added.
How the Feud Escalated
The controversy between Radke and Furlan first erupted in May 2025 when Furlan alleged she had been catfished by someone impersonating the singer on Snapchat and communicating with her privately. Radke denied any involvement and insisted the accounts were fake.
The situation quickly escalated online, with both sides trading accusations across social media. Furlan later alleged that Radke used burner accounts to harass her, while Radke attempted to obtain a temporary restraining order against her in early 2026 over claims of harassment.
A court ultimately denied the request, but the dispute continued to draw attention after Furlan’s husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, publicly weighed in on the conflict.
As the case moves forward, the latest court filings and the upcoming March 17 hearing could play a key role in determining how the increasingly public dispute unfolds.
