A new horror film production company was launched by the Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash and will be called as BeserkerGang.

Michael Paszt, James Fler, and Andrew T. Hunt from Raven Banner, the distribution company behind “Slumber Massacre,” “Hunt Her Murder Her,” and “Wolfman’s Got Nards,” will be joining the guitarist. Aside from that, the creator of Rue Morgue magazine (Rodrigo Gudio) and cameraman, director, and producer Pasha Patriki are also on board.

In an interview, Slash said:

“I’ve always been a huge horror fan, especially going back to the days when horror movies actually scared the hell out of you. I want to get into the heart of the producing business so I can try and make movies that I’d like to see.”

Hunt then explained:

“The aim of BerserkerGang will be quality over quantity. We will be selectively choosing projects that we collectively feel best represent the brand.”

Paszt continued:

“Our goal is to develop projects with filmmakers and writers who are just as passionate about genre films as we are.”

While Gudiño added:

“The company slogan is ‘Films Forged in Fury.’ If that’s any indication of where we plan on venturing.”

It was not the first time that the founder of Rue Morgue collaborated with Slash and Raven Banner. All of them previously worked for the 2022 horror “The Breach.”
