Nuno Bettencourt Sold His LA Home For $3.75m

Nuno Bettencourt has successfully sold his lavish residence in Los Angeles for $3.75 million, after initially listing it for $3.95 million back in October. Despite selling for slightly less than the asking price, it still marks a significant profit from the $2.1 million he paid for it back in 2013.
Situated in the scenic Beachwood Canyon area, the house offers stunning panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles, the iconic Hollywood sign, and extends to the Pacific Ocean.
Described as an architectural gem, the property boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, a formal dining room, sauna, steam room, and a three-car garage. The crown jewel is the top deck oasis, complete with a pool, spa, sundeck, and open-air cabana. Additionally, there’s a guesthouse that was formerly used by Bettencourt as a recording studio.
Touring with Living Colour
While all this was happening, Extreme was on tour, hitting up places with Living Colour. They wrapped up the tour in Nashville in March. After that, they went to Europe to play at some festivals.
Extreme hadn’t released an album in 15 years, but they dropped Six in 2023. Nuno said he felt inspired to make music after Eddie Van Halen passed away, feeling like he had to keep guitar playing alive. So, the album’s got a lot of energy and passion in it.
