James Hetfield Reveals Plans To Release Book About Metallica Guitars

James Hetfield, the lead singer of Metallica, has announced the upcoming release of a new book titled “Messengers: The Guitars of James Hetfield.” The 400-page coffee table book, set to be published on October 17th, will delve into Hetfield’s 40-year music career, showcasing more than 40 of his most notable guitars. The book will provide insight into the significance of each guitar and how they have impacted Hetfield’s life and career.

“Each featured guitar is accompanied by lush museum-quality portraits by acclaimed photographer Scott Williamson,” the description adds, “exhibiting intimate details one can only see if holding it in their own hands, alongside Hetfield’s deeply personal reminiscence.”

“Messengers: The Guitars of James Hetfield” will be available on October 17th. Additionally, Metallica is scheduled to drop their 11th album titled “72 Seasons” on April 14th, and the first single with the same name has already been made public.
