Greta Van Fleet is now streaming their latest single “The Falling Sky,” taken from their upcoming album Starcatcher.

The band posted the new song on their social media with guitarist Jake Kiszka saying:

“An unwavering warrior carrying on the endless, eternal, and impossible battle for salvation; these were the elements of symbolism associated with this particular track. In essence our fate is sealed, alike the stars that fall from the almighty heavens to the earth. This philosophy is carried through in the story of a bluesman, at the crossroads of the universe.”

The song marks their fourth and latest single from their forthcoming album Starcatcher, which follows the tracks “Meeting The Master,” “Sacred The Thread,” and “Farewell For Now.” Produced by Dave Cobb and recorded at RCA Studios in Nashville, the album is set to be released on July 21.

In support of the record, the band will be hitting the road for a world tour kicking off on July 24 in Nashville and making stops in cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Boston. Greta Van Fleet will be supported by artists like Kaleo, Surf Curse, Mt. Joy, and Black Honey across the run. Tickets are already up for sale.

Meanwhile, Greta Van Fleet is also set to support Metallica for two dates on the legendary band’s world tour, on Sept. 20 and 27 in Mexico City.
